H. Con. Res. 36 was a bill, supported by National Right to Life, to cut off all federal funds to the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and its affiliates, for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2011.  On  April 14, 2011, the bill passed the House, 241 to 185, with one House member voting "present" and five members not voting.  The bill was supported by 231 Republicans and 10 Democrats.  It was opposed by seven Republicans and 178 Democrats. (House roll call no. 271.)  The House then sent the bill to the Senate, which defeated it later on the same day.
